Do I need my own domain?

Yes, business email requires its own domain (e.g. yourcompany.com). If you don’t yet have a domain, we’ll help you register one. The annual domain fee is typically €15–30 depending on the extension.

What can I put on the web hosting?

Our hosting supports WordPress, Drupal and other PHP-based sites. For static sites we offer an even faster alternative. Tell us your needs and we’ll recommend the best solution.

Can I add users to the package later?

Yes, additional users can be added at any time. For pricing on additional users, please visit our Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace pages.

Is there a commitment period?

No mandatory commitment period. We invoice monthly and you can cancel with one month’s notice. We want you to stay because you’re happy – not because a contract forces you.

How does deployment work?

After ordering we contact you and agree on the details. We handle the technical setup (DNS, email settings, hosting) and send you clear instructions. Typically everything is ready in 1–2 business days.
