An SSL certificate, automatic platform updates and backups are included in every package. No FTP credentials are used – every change goes from version control to production through a CI/CD pipeline. DDoS and WAF protection is available as an add-on.

The site's code lives in version control, and every change – from the first release to small updates – goes to production through a CI/CD pipeline. The pipeline builds and checks the change automatically before release, so releases are repeatable and every one leaves a trail. Platform updates arrive through the same pipeline.

We take automatic backups at agreed intervals and retain them for an agreed period. You can request backup restoration through support at any time.

Domains are not included in the packages, but you can use your own domain or order one from us. We help with DNS configuration.

We offer support in Finnish and English via email and phone. We typically respond on the same business day. For urgent cases, you can also reach us by phone.

Currently we support only electronic invoicing, either by email or as a network invoice (e-invoice).
