Why is pricing based on company size?

We believe that quality IT services should be accessible to all companies, not just large ones. That's why our pricing is tiered based on company size.

For small companies this means the opportunity to access the same expertise that large companies use.

For larger companies the price reflects the complexity of the environment and broader responsibility.

Service quality is the same, only the price varies.

Frequently asked questions about hourly rates

How is my company size determined?

We use the official EU SME definition, which is based on employee count and annual revenue. Only one of the criteria needs to be met. A micro-enterprise is defined as a company with fewer than 10 employees and annual revenue of no more than 2 million euros.

Is the hourly rate fixed or does it change?

The hourly rate is fixed during the contract period. We review prices annually, but we notify you of any changes well in advance. A growing company moves to the next pricing tier only when the criteria are met.

Is travel charged separately?

Capital region: Travel time is charged at 50% of the standard hourly rate when the location is more than 10 km from our office.

Rest of Finland: Travel time is charged at 50% of the standard hourly rate. Additionally, the current mileage allowance is charged.

How does billing work?

We bill for time used in 15-minute increments. We send a monthly breakdown of completed work. Payment terms are 14 days. We also offer monthly packages where the hourly rate is more affordable.

Is there a minimum charge?

Remote work has no minimum charge. On-site work has a minimum billing of 1 hour. Small remote support requests are often resolved in 15-30 minutes.

Do you offer fixed-price packages?

Yes, we also offer fixed-price monthly packages for ongoing IT support. In these packages, the hourly rate is more affordable and you get an agreed number of support hours per month. Ask us more, and we'll customize the package to your needs.
